How to Assign Subscriptions Between Sibling Accounts #
1. Identify which sibling account has the subscriptions 0:00
- Look for cases where one sibling profile has extra subscriptions and the other sibling profile has none.
- First, determine which subscriptions belong to which member before making any changes.
2. Open the subscription list on the account with the extra subscriptions 0:16
- Go to the sibling profile that currently has all of the subscriptions loaded.
- Click Edit on that page to begin reassigning subscriptions.
3. Reassign each subscription to the correct sibling 0:22
- For each subscription, select the sibling/member it actually belongs to.
- Make sure you choose the correct sibling account before saving.
4. Save the changes and confirm the subscriptions moved 0:39
- Click Save after selecting the correct sibling.
- Confirm that the original account now shows fewer subscriptions.
- Repeat the process for any remaining subscriptions that need to be moved.
5. Verify both sibling profiles are updated correctly 0:44
- Continue moving subscriptions until each sibling has the correct number assigned.
- Check the destination sibling’s profile to confirm the subscriptions now appear there.
- In the example, Minnie Moore ends with fewer subscriptions, and Tess Moore’s profile now shows the subscriptions that were reassigned.
