How to Load the Parent Dashboard from a Member Profile #

1. Open the Member Profile Page 0:00

• Start on the member profile page.
• This is where you’ll access the parent dashboard view from within the member’s record.

2. Select “Load Dashboard” 0:08

• Click Load Dashboard on the member profile page.
• This opens the dashboard exactly as the parent would see it when they log in.

3. Review the Parent Dashboard View 0:16

• Confirm that the dashboard displays the member’s attached children.
• Check the scheduled classes and any bookings the parent has made.
• Use the available tabs to navigate through the rest of the parent dashboard information.
